In starting up this exciting project we aim to digitise all our factories. I4.0 is a reinvention of our way of producing and working, making more efficient use of information and technology to increase our competitiveness.

The implementation of the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) has several objectives:

• Automated, real-time monitoring of the packaging lines.
• Automated calculation of the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) percentage.
• Digitisation of production reports.
• Automation and centralisation of breakdown and incident alerts for each process line in real time.
• Automated report on production amounts and times and integration in our ERP.
