Mr. Javier Pau Gamarra is appointed as General Manager of Tolsa

We pleased to share the appointment of Mr. Javier Pau as our new Group General Manager.

Javier Pau joined Tolsa in 2003 and, over these almost 19 years, he has built a strong team and led significant growth in the Industrial Business area.

We are confident that Javier Pau will successfully deliver on our Strategic Business Plan, and that under his leadership we will continue to grow in line with the core values that we have built and nurtured together over almost 65 years of history: Global Vision, Innovative Culture and Conscious Practices.

Under the leadership of Mr. Javier Pau, we are sure we will continue to develop our relationship based on mutual trust and respect as we have in the past as we continue to “breaking new paths” together in the future.

Who is Javier Pau Gamarra?

Javier Pau holds a PhD in Chemistry and began his professional career in 1989 as a Professor in the Faculty of Chemistry at the Complutense University of Madrid. Subsequently, in 1992, he joined EXXON Chemical Ibérica, where he worked until 1995 as Solvents Sales Manager. He then joined ESSO Spain as Head of Marketing and Stores, a position he held until 1998, when he joined DOW Chemical, where he held various positions in the Sales area until 2003, reaching the position of European Sales and Marketing Director.
