Is a powerful mycotoxin sequestering agent that fixes mycotoxins and avoids their intestinal absorption, helping excretion and improving the health and well-being of animals.
ATOX consists of a natural combination of smectite and sepiolite (E-558 and E-562) of high purity. Such natural combination represents its main charasteristic, which multiplies the properties of cationic exchange and specific or accessible surface, maximising mycotoxin absorption in the intestine.
ATOX is recommended for all animal ages and species, being particularly effective in dairy cattle, poultry farming and swine.
Adding ATOX to feeds brings the following benefits:
A maintenance dose of 0.2% of ATOX in the diet, and a shock dose of 0.5% of ATOX are recomended.
It is recommended to mix ATOX with raw materials likely to have mycotoxins in order to maximise its effect. ATOX can also be added to feeds, raw materials, prestarters and supplements or directly to unifeed total mixed rations.
When ATOX is included in dairy cattle's diet, the presence of Aflatoxin M1 in milk is significantly reduced after few days of action, concentrating B1 in faeces.
