Paints and coatings in water base

TOLSA Group has developed a range of additives based on special clays and microspheres that get advantage of shape and rheology to provide a wide variety of interesting improvements in performance and properties of water borne paints and coatings.

Pangel rheological additives provide good stability reducing settling and syneresis while providing good sagging control in thick layers. The use of microspheres provide improvements because of the weight reduction so sagging control improvement is achieved and an increase of the burnish resistance of the systems.
Due to these systems are highly filled, Pangel helps to keep these mixtures stable in time, avoiding settling and syneresis.
Pangel additives provide good viscosity and workability without impairing the adhesive strength. The use of microspheres in adhesives provides antisliding properties, shrinkage and improves application and workability.
Pangel rheological additives provide good stability reducing settling and syneresis while providing good application of the coating. The use of microspheres in elastomeric waterproofing coatings provides an improvement in application, abrasion resistance and durability, along with a weight reduction of the coating system.
Coatings based on different resins (acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane, etc.) with high chemical and mechanical resistance. Pangel products provide a good balance between sagging and leveling as well as appropriate values of viscosity in application. The use of ceramic microspheres, in special floorings, improves product application, abrasion resistance and durability of the systems.
