Resins and molding

TOLSA Group has developed a range of additives based on microspheres and special clays Pangel that get advantage of the shape and rheology to provide interesting improvements in stability, processability and properties of resins and molded elements.

Pangel product range are used to thicken resins and improve workability due to their pseudoplastic properties. The use of ceramic microspheres in polyester unsaturated resins provides a weight reduction, improves impact resistance and thermal shock resistance.
The use of ceramic microspheres in decorative elements epoxy based provides an improvement in processability, weight reduction, an increase in durability and abrasion resistance and the possibility of reduction in the resin contend.
The use of ceramic microspheres in PVC for flooring and automotive parts, provides an improvement in processability, weight reduction of the pieces, an increase in durability and abrasion resistance.
The use of ceramic microspheres in synthetic marble and artificial stone improves processability, produces weight reduction of the pieces, an increase in durability and abrasion resistance and the possibility of a reduction in the resin content.
