TOLSA Group has developed a range of additives based on special clays and microspheres that get advantage of shape and rheology to provide a wide variety of interesting improvements for the products in the construction sector.
Cimsil provides better workability, antisagging, pumpability and surface finishing. Microspheres improve mortar flow and workability while reducing mortar density and therefore sag resistance.
Cimsil provides to the base mortar for EIFS (ETICS) systems better workability, sag resistance and pumpability characteristics. Microspheres improve mortar flow and workability while reducing mortar density and therefore sag resistance.
Cimsil rheological additives provide net improvements in segregation of aggregates and fillers while avoiding water bleeding on the surface.
Cimsil FRC is a free asbestos additive which is a process aid that improves the interlaminar bonding while it can be combined sucessfully with organic fibers and mineral fillers of different nature.
Cimsil decreases the rebound of shotcrete allowing greater layer thicknesses in one application while allows working on the surface once the shotcrete has been applied. Microspheres improve mortar flow and workability while reducing mortar density and therefore sag resistance.
Cimsil products can be used in the manufacture of liquid and solid admixtures. In liquids, the products will increase long term stability of the system reducing settling or crystallization. In solid admixtures, the products allow turning liquid additives into powders.
